RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At VILLAMINT LUXURY™, we take pride in delivering premium-quality fragrances.
Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.


1. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS

Due to the nature of perfumes and personal care products, we follow strict hygiene and quality standards.

Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged, leaked, or defective at the time of delivery
  • The wrong product was delivered

To be eligible:

  • The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
  • Original invoice or order confirmation must be provided

2. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Opened or used perfumes
  • Products damaged due to improper handling after delivery
  • Discovery testers (unless received damaged or incorrect)
  • Solid perfumes once opened
  • Items purchased during sale, clearance, or promotional offers (unless defective)

3. RETURN REQUEST PROCESS

To initiate a return request:

  1. Contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery
  2. Share clear images/videos of the product showing the issue
  3. Provide your order number and contact details

Once approved, return instructions will be shared with you.


4. REFUND PROCESS

  • Refunds are initiated only after inspection and approval of the returned product.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the error occurred from our side.

5. EXCHANGES

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If eligible, you may return the product and place a new order.


6. CANCELLATIONS

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.
  • Once the order has been shipped, cancellations are not permitted.
  • Refunds for approved cancellations will be processed within 5–7 business days.

7. SHIPPING DAMAGE OR LOST PACKAGES

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Do not accept the delivery, if possible
  • Inform us immediately with images/videos

For lost shipments, we will coordinate with our logistics partner and provide a suitable resolution.


8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

VILLAMINT LUXURY™ shall not be liable for:

  • Allergic reactions or personal fragrance preferences
  • Slight variations in packaging or fragrance perception

We recommend using testers before purchasing full-size perfumes.


9. POLICY UPDATES

We reserve the right to modify this Return & Refund Policy at any time without prior notice.
Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website.
